Flip a display in GNOME on Wayland
GNOME on Wayland can flip a display through gnome-randr-py when Settings does not offer the needed rotation.

How to flip a display
Flipping a display along the Y axis, for example for use in a teleprompter, is not not offered by the Settings app of GNOME. It is, however, possible using gnome-randr-py:
gnome-randr.py --output DP-2 --rotate flipped --persistent
