Fix file dialog windows not opening in Niri

If applications like the Zed editor running in the niri Window Manager can’t open file chooser dialogs, set the default for xdg-desktop-portal to “gtk” in ~/.config/xdg-desktop-portal/portals.conf:

[preferred]  
default=gtk
org.freedesktop.impl.portal.FileChooser=gtk
