Docker credential helper bugfix

A Docker build on Ubuntu 18.04 caused the following error for me:

free(): invalid pointer
SIGABRT: abort
PC=0x7faa775a4e97 m=0 sigcode=18446744073709551610
signal arrived during cgo execution

Turns out this is a bug in Docker’s use of the golang-docker-credential-helpers package. The Bugfix is installing a working alternative:

apt-get install pass gnupg2

According to this issue comment, this helps Docker choose the non-buggy credential helper.
